As 2023 comes to a close, it is time to announce the end of our membership software. As a business, we do not see a sustainable path forward in 2024. All of our current customers have been personally contacted by me, Paul Prins. I have thanked them for allowing us to support their work all these years. Many have been with us for over a decade. They have also been given information on what this transition process will look like.
Their access to Fresh Vine will continue until March 30, 2024. Our company will cease to exist at the end of 2023. We – okay, it’s Paul – are committed to giving all our current clients 3 free months of service to finalize their 2023 donation statements, and giving them time after the Christmas holiday to find new solutions.
Here is what happens next:
- All subscription fees will be waived in 2024.
- After March 30, 2024, the membership service will shut down, and all our copies of your data will be destroyed.
- Prior to the service shutting down, you can use the built-in export features to archive or migrate your data to another service/s.
