What is my Involvement number?
Essentially, pricing is based on the number of people actively involved in your community. One of the challenges of selling software to nonprofits like yours is the diversity in efforts. Still, every community has an internal way to understand who is involved. We simply have decided to trust you and how you understand your community. It could be attending a weekly service or group, going to larger infrequent events, or being a part of a core team of volunteers. That blend of people you consider involved with you on mission is who we’re talking about.
What if we don’t meet regularly?
You simply need to get a rough average as to what your monthly number would be over the course of a year. If you only have one large event a year – and those who attend are the only people you consider involved – you would divide that attendance by 12. So if it’s 2,400 people you’d have an Involvement number of 200/mo.
Is there a contract?
No contract. As long as you keep paying, you continue to get to use Fresh Vine. Our Terms of Service are very straight forward, and allow you to discontinue service at any time. Since all payments are done monthly there are no refunds given. Canceling mid-cycle will forfeit the remainder of that cycle.
How do I cancel my account?
We keep this simple too. In your Fresh Vine account, Admins have the right/ability to make updates to billing, as well as cancel the subscription.
How often and how expensive are the upgrades?
One of the great things about using a web based service like Fresh Vine is that all the upgrades are included. We aim for one larger upgrade every quarter with smaller upgrades as needed in-between. All upgrades are automatic, and done during off-peak hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! You pay the one-time setup fee, as well as your monthly subscription fee. The only possible addition is if you want a custom migration from another database. Otherwise you can simply import your roster lists right into Fresh Vine yourself – very easy and quick!
How does a custom migration work?
Most new customers don’t need custom migration work. Once you’re in your new account you can import as many spreadsheets as your need to. However if you have more complicated and structured data you want to bring with you, you’ll need a custom migration. Migrating your data from your current system can save a lot of time and headaches. The down side is cost, starting at $4000. This cost may go up depending on the system you’re using, and the amount of data you would like to bring into Fresh Vine. Our team is extremely skilled and able to bring any data you have into our system. This is all customized work tailored for your migration (unlike the work put into Fresh Vine which is developed for all our clients). If you are interested in this process please let us know.
How many users can we have?
You can have as many users as you’d like. We don’t charge anything extra for extra users. We provide you with varying access levels, so you can assign who gets access to what within the Leaders site.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Sign up for a free trial. Play around with it. Enter information. See how the software works for your community. If you choose to continue with us, just enter your payment info and keep using your Fresh Vine account! If not, no worries.
Is my data safe?
Do I need to install anything?
Fresh Vine is a web based service. This means all your data is accessible anywhere you have internet access. We also offer our Event Kiosk app to help you with your events, and event attendance. This Kiosk can be downloaded on Windows and Mac computers and functions with or without an active internet connection.
