Our pricing structure is based on the average weekly attendance of your community. No matter what your size, you will get access to every feature we ever release.
Q:How does the size of our church affect our monthly rate?
A:Thanks to our flat rate pricing based on your average service attendance what you pay each month gives you an unlimited number of members, groups, events, services, and emails. There are no artificial restrictions in the system. You get full access to everything, for a low flat rate.
Q:What systems can you migrate data from?
A:We currently have prepared migration scripts for Shelby, Power Church, or a roster from an Excel Spreadsheet. We are able to migrate data from many systems (even those not listed here, or in-house systems). The cost for migration is $100/hr with a 2 hour minimum. Many migrations will not take more than 2 hours.

Q:How often and how expensive are the upgrades?
A:One of the great things about being using a web-service like Fresh Vine is that all of the upgrades are included. We schedule one larger upgrade every quarter with smaller upgrades as needed in-between. All upgrades are done automatically during off-peak hours.
Q:How do we backup and secure your data?
A:All content on the server is securely backed up both onsite and offsite daily and weekly. This all happens automatically to ensure that your data is safe, and that it never wanders off.
Q:How long was Fresh Vine off-line in the last year (2011)?
A:We are very proud to report that from January 1, 2010 through December 31, 2011 we had no unexpected down time. In upgrading our servers the system was inaccessible for less than 45 minutes. Much better than our 99.5% Uptime Promise.
