First and foremost the giving section is triple secure. Not only does a user need an approved account, but they must also have been given explicit access to the giving module. Beyond that you have the flexibility to decide if they have access to view, edit, or both view and edit information within this module. This level of flexibility allows you to ensure that wandering eyes don’t stray onto sensitive information.
Giving is the central to the functioning of the church, and Fresh Vine will help you record giving efficiently and accurately. 
Administrators begin the process by establishing the unique funds and creating giving templates within the system. There is no limitation to the number of funds or templates you can create. The giving templates let you select the funds, and order of those funds, on the giving input page. By matching the template to your weekly envelope you decrease errors and time. Online reports are provided so that the collected donations can be matched to posted donations to assure accurate posting. Donations can be recorded by day or by service on a particular date.
Every date and service that has information entered generates a report comparing that date to the those nearest to it, and with the current fiscal year. From this same page you can make corrections to entry mistakes, and reconcile entries to stay up to date. Statements canalso be generated for any particular date, allowing you to send out a letter of appreciation based after a special offering to those who contributed.
Leaders can use dashboards and online reports to view overall giving trends and to view and analyze giving by service/event. Giving information can
also be exported to an Excel spreadsheet for additional analysis. Fresh Vine also makes annual contribution reporting easy and accurate. Administrators can create a customized annual giving report, selecting various options and editing the text. This customized report is then used to automatically create annual giving statements for all contributing members.
