Some would say I’m a bit of an entrepreneur. Under 30 years old, and I have already started 2 companies, having over 15 years of web development experience under my belt. I am most interested in how technology can leverage community and empower leaders. I have a passion for leadership development and teaching, and have received my Masters of Divinity from Bethel Theological Seminary and am on-staff with Christian Associates, an international church-planting movement. I’ve had the privilege of doing ministry with Campus Crusade in France and helped launch one of the fastest growing churches in America – Substance Church. When I have free time I spend time with my wife Jordan, our cat and dog. I have a love for all things coffee and skiing – and if they’re combined, its all the better!
I’ve been working in the software industry for over 30 years. For the last ten years I have been focusing on creating and implementing web-based systems. I have a unique ability to understand organizational needs and how to apply best practices in processes, technology and user experience to meet those needs. I have successfully started and grown several systems consulting organizations and web-based software companies. In my down time I enjoy spending time with my wife and children. You can also find me on the course, trying to squeeze in many rounds of golf as I can, despite the unpredictable Minnesota weather.
Although I am currently the youngest on our team, I’ve had the ability to take advantage of some incredible opportunities. I have an art background and a love for all things beautiful. This includes people. I have a passion to see people learn and grow. It seemed like an obvious fit for me to step in and take on the client-relations role. I spent much of my time in college focusing on mentoring other students and developing the Campus Crusade movement at my school (the largest student-led movement in the world at the time), and am now on staff with a dynamic church-planting organization. In my down-time I’m relaxing, enjoying life with my amazing husband Paul and our giant, adorable 100-pound “puppy”.
